Opened in 1989, the London office was the first Advent International office to be established outside the US. Our local team, comprising of over 70 deal professionals, has worked on over 70 investments in the UK and Continental Europe. These investments span all of Advent’s core sectors, including business and financial services, healthcare, industrial, retail, consumer and leisure, and technology. Transactions range from buyouts and corporate carve-outs to growth equity investments and public-to-private deals. Our London team has extensive experience and deep sector knowledge, and is frequently involved in investments outside the UK, often in collaboration with Advent’s other offices across Europe and the world.
