Advent International has been investing in Brazil since opening its São Paulo office in 1997. Our local team of 20 professionals has worked on over 30 investments in Brazil and other Latin American markets and supported numerous acquisitions by existing portfolio companies. The team focuses on buyouts and growth equity investments in Advent’s five core sectors: business and financial services; healthcare; industrial, including infrastructure; retail, consumer and leisure, including education; and technology.
The São Paulo office is part of Advent’s pan-Latin American network of three offices with 40 investment professionals, representing the largest dedicated private equity team in the region.
